These terms and conditions apply to the Fluro Clean Christmas Giveaway 2026, promoted through our official Facebook and Instagram pages.
By entering, participants agree to the following terms.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Fluro Clean Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

The giveaway is organised and funded by Fluro Clean Limited.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens when the official competition post is published on Fluro Clean’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Entries close on Monday 30 November 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time).
Entries received after this time will not be included.
Three winners will be selected on Tuesday 1 December 2026, with the results announced through Fluro Clean’s official social media channels.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Reside within Fluro Clean’s qualifying local area, including Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Atherstone, Polesworth, Kingsbury.
- Have a genuine Facebook or Instagram account.
- Meet the entry requirements outlined below.
Employees, directors and immediate family members of Fluro Clean Limited are excluded from entering.
No purchase or booking of any Fluro Clean service is necessary. Entry is completely free.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps on either Facebook or Instagram:
- Follow Fluro Clean on the platform used to enter.
- Like the official Christmas Giveaway post.
- Comment on that post stating their preferred console: PS5 or Xbox.
Entries must be submitted on the original giveaway post published by Fluro Clean.
Comments on unrelated posts or shared copies of the competition post will not count.
Only one entry per person is permitted across Facebook and Instagram combined.
Entering on both platforms, leaving multiple comments or using additional accounts will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.
5. The Prizes
There are three prizes available, with three separate winners.
Each winner will receive one digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI – Standard Edition, for their chosen supported console:
- PlayStation 5
- Xbox Series X|S
The prize does not include a games console, accessories, subscriptions, downloadable extras or additional purchases.
Each winner may receive only one prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a digital download code cannot reasonably be supplied for the selected platform, Fluro Clean will arrange an appropriate alternative method of providing the same game, agreed with the winner, at no additional cost.
Winners are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible console and meet the requirements for redeeming and playing the game.
6. Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
Entries from Facebook and Instagram will be combined into one draw.
Duplicate entries from the same person will be removed where reasonably identifiable.
The selection will use a verifiably random computer-based process, and Fluro Clean will retain an appropriate record of the draw.
Each eligible participant will have one chance of winning.
Fluro Clean may verify eligibility and compliance with the entry requirements before confirming a winner.
If a selected entry is invalid, a replacement winner will be selected at random.
7. Winner Notification and Announcement
The draw will take place on 1 December 2026.
Selected winners will be contacted through the Facebook or Instagram account used to enter.
Fluro Clean will also announce the results through its official social media channels, subject to confirmation and applicable privacy requirements.
Winners must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification.
If a selected winner does not respond, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Fluro Clean may select a replacement winner.
Winners may be asked to provide their name, contact details, delivery address and confirmation of their preferred console.
Fluro Clean will never require winners to pay a fee, provide bank card details or purchase a service to claim their prize.
8. Prize Delivery
Fluro Clean intends to personally deliver the prizes to the three winners within the qualifying local area before 25 December 2026.
Each winner will receive their digital game code or agreed equivalent in a suitable presentation.
Delivery arrangements will be agreed directly with the winners.
An alternative delivery method may be arranged where necessary.
Fluro Clean will take reasonable steps to deliver prizes promptly and will communicate any unexpected delays.
9. Fair Entry and Disqualification
Fluro Clean may reject entries where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Multiple accounts being used to obtain additional entries.
- Automated, bot-generated or fraudulent entries.
- False eligibility information.
- Attempts to manipulate the prize draw.
- Failure to meet the published entry requirements.
Entries will not be disqualified arbitrarily.
All valid entries will be treated fairly and included in the random selection.
10. Publicity and Winner Information
Fluro Clean intends to announce the winners on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
Winners may be identified by their social media username or first name, subject to their privacy preferences.
Information confirming that a valid prize award took place may be made available on request, ordinarily including winners’ surnames and counties, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.
Winners may object to the publication of their details or request that the information made publicly available is reduced.
Fluro Clean will respect such requests while retaining the ability to provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
Photographs, videos, testimonials or other promotional content featuring winners will only be used with their separate permission.
11. Personal Information and Marketing
Fluro Clean Limited is responsible for personal information collected directly in connection with this giveaway.
We may collect and process:
- Social media usernames and competition comments.
- Names and contact details of selected winners.
- Information required to verify eligibility.
- Delivery addresses and prize preferences.
- Records necessary to administer and evidence the prize draw.
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners, arrange prize delivery and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Fluro Clean may also use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes where permitted by applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws.
This may include communicating information about Fluro Clean’s cleaning services, special offers, promotions and future competitions.
Where consent is legally required for direct marketing communications, such as certain emails, text messages or social media direct messages, we will obtain the appropriate permission separately.
Individuals may object to direct marketing or withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our website Privacy Policy.
Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes and applicable legal requirements.
12. Changes or Cancellation
Fluro Clean intends to run the giveaway as advertised.
The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway only where genuinely necessary because of exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated clearly through official Fluro Clean channels and handled fairly.
13. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment or Microsoft.
All relevant game titles, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The giveaway is administered independently by Fluro Clean Limited.
14. General Conditions
Fluro Clean will administer the giveaway fairly and in accordance with applicable UK laws and promotional marketing requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or affects participants’ statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
